- Grill 23N bar on 161 Berkeley St. Every night during the rush hour between 4 PM to 7 PM there are lines of 4 to 5 cars double parked either waiting for valet or being valet. It causes significant traffic jam right before the bridge. That and the bus lane effectively reduces three lanes into one lane for all the rush-hour traffic. This has to stop.
