- I rent at 86 Roseclair St in Dorchester. The back alley street to access the driveway parking spot of my apartment is not cleared of snow fully or properly for me to turn into my driveway because it is too tight with all the snow banks blocking. It’s a struggle to accommodate and fit the three cars of my apartment that currently use the private street to park behind this apartment, but it is also a street that is shared among two other buildings that also have vehicles. The landlord did not send maintenance to clear it even though it should be their responsibility to safely allow access to the parking spot I was promised in the lease. I was forced to shovel a decent amount on my own to allow my car to get out of the driveway for work.
