- Snow plows unnecessarily working from 1:00 AM ET until 1:23 AM ET (and they still aren’t done). Extremely loud, blinding lights, honking horn. I find it hard to believe that the work needed to be done at this hour, waking up everyone in the neighborhood. They didn’t do an ounce of work during the day?
