- It’s 1:30am and a fleet of snow plows has descended on my completely snow-free neighborhood like we’re being invaded by the Department of Redundant Noise. Roads are clear. Weather is calm. Residents are asleep (or were). If this is a drill, it’s wildly inconsiderate. If it’s a mistake, it’s impressively loud. Please explain why we’re being plowed in January for absolutely no reason
