- Commercial vehicles parked on Chamberlain street....off Harvard there is a large dump trucks that is parked and has not moved...this is residential parking commercial vehicles are not suppose to take up these parking spots. Multiple commercial school vans always Parked on chamberlain. As well...they should be Not be in residential parking they should be parked on the main streets. The big truck should be ticketed and towed.
