- Location: 74 F Street, Unit 1 (trash stored behind 74 F Street on Bowen Street) Issue: Trash cans belonging to 74 F Street, Unit 1 are consistently overflowing and do not have lids. The trash barrels are stored behind the building on Bowen Street and are left unsecured. Due to this ongoing condition, there is now a persistent rat and pest problem in and around the 74 F Street carport area. This situation is impacting neighboring residents, including Units 2 and 3. We have videos of rats crawling in and out of their opened cans. Request: We are requesting that 311 contact the unit owners and require them to use properly sized trash cans with secure, tight-fitting lids to prevent further pest activity.
