- Regarding the alley that runs parallel to Appleton Street, the alley that runs along the property line belonging to the Animal Rescue League. It appears that cars parked illegally (belonging to Reunion BBQ) are blocking the alley, making it difficult for snow removal earlier this week, and making trash removal for my building (5 Appleton Street) and the ARL. I’ve reported these illegally parked cars for months, with no success. This is a public alley, and there are visible signs that indicate NO PARKING posted on the buildings. We have not had trash removal all week, and the dumpsters throughout that alley are full. And full of rats! Please help!
