- Description
- There is a severe pigeon infestation outside North Station in the TD Garden plaza area. Approximately 100 pigeons congregate daily, resulting in extensive pigeon droppings on walkways, building surfaces, and public areas. I have personally been struck by pigeon droppings while exiting the commuter rail. There is visible accumulation of droppings on the ground, particularly near Avalon and Kicco Italian Coffee. This is an ongoing sanitation and public health concern in a heavily trafficked pedestrian area and major transit hub. Thousands of commuters and visitors pass through this area daily, and the situation requires inspection and corrective action by the responsible property owner.
