- I am submitting this to add to an existing open case for my building at 1410 Columbia Rd; case# 101006452609. I just observed a portable space heater set to 95 degrees placed in a common hallway outside the gym on the third floor. There appears to be no functioning heat in the common areas, and space heaters are still being used as a substitute. Given the extreme cold and prior heat complaints, I’m concerned about fire safety and code compliance.
