- Unsafe, living conditions for someone post surgery patient has an open wound. It was just recently discharged from a rehab facility. Also, she has water damage on her ceiling. The windows are extremely drafted to the point where she has to sit in the kitchen to get a warm source of heat due to the drafty windows also due to the dampness and though what conditions in the kitchen and in the bathroom, she has an obscene amount of roaches
