- Snow mounds blocking the crosswalk access at Endicott/No Washington/Causeway Street in the North End. So dangerous. Almost a week later and Wu doesn't have the streets cleared in Boston. All the way down L street in South Boston needs to be cleared as well. Cars parking on snow mounds. They should not be allowed back to park on the main roads until the snow is cleared to the sidewalk. L street is literally a one lane street at the moment, having to zig zag so the opposite side can get by too.
