- Severe rodent infestation. Mice are entering daily and destroying my food. Management's only response has been to apply a spray foam that does nothing, as the mice chew through it immediately. They refuse to perform proper, professional repairs despite me asking numerous times. I have also requested a transfer to a different unit, which they denied. This is a violation of the MA Sanitary Code and a health hazard. I need an urgent inspection by ISD.
