- Is there anything the city can do with the excessive snow that needs to be removed from the side streets that are 1 lane but 2 way streets. Most are in need of being turned into 1 way streets to improve traffic congestion every day not just when we have heavy snowfall. I live on Tennis Rd in Mattapan and the traffic is horrible during winter. It is flowing from Blue Hill Ave and Almont St all day long. HELP us PLEASE. Thank you
