Description
Two snowcats have been driving up and down doing snow removal on Wall Street for the last 30 minutes. It is 3:30 in the freaking morning! The entire street has been woken up. It has been a week since the storm with no snow predicted so surely this could have waited until daylight hours. This is ridiculous.
