- There’s water constantly coming out of 284 Commonwealth Ave, pouring into the sidewalk and freezing to create an extremely unsafe sidewalk. This building was a pseudo-hotel run by Sonder, but they’ve recently gone bankrupt or something like that. Clearly no one is regularly maintaining this place
