Description
There is not clearance in the road in a crosswalk in downer Avenue and Pleasant Street. These are city roads. The sidewalks are clear, but the city plows did not adequately clear the snow. It is legally required for there to be 48 inches of clearance on the sidewalk and crosswalks and Boston seems to have neglected Dorchester entirely.
