- This city has entirely neglected savin Hill crosswalks when plowing, private citizens have done a better job keeping sidewalks clear than the city is done keeping the cross clear the intersection of Pleasant Street and Sevenn Hill Avenue is a major intersection with four walks. None of them have clearance between the sidewalk and the road crosswalk operated, and whose responsibility to be cleared is the city’s public works. This is my FIFTH report on this issue. The seaport has no snow anywhere to be safe for Tourists, yet a Neighbourhood filled with elderly homeowners who have paid Boston taxes for decades are the least priority and that’s disgusting
