- The city placed “snow emergency” signs on the small residential section of Rutherford Ave. This was a mistake. The street was called “old Rutherford Ave” and not part of the snow emergency route. It is NOT a major artery, but a small residential street that dead ends into other small residential streets. This is a mistake that MUST be fixed immediately. Attached is the sign calling it “Old Rutherford Ave” which is very difficult than the new one which IS a snow emergency route.
