- Several Unauthorized users parked in authorized user spots ONLY M-F 8am-6pm right side of Emmons (EBNHC Staff continually parking in Trial Court spots). There’s plenty of signage yet BTD does not ticket those vehicles who do not have authorized user decals on dashboard.
