- The elevator certificate has been expired since October. I’ve talked to my neighbors and multiple people have told Management so they have been made aware of this multiple times and have not posted an updated cert proving elevator is in compliance. One neighbor says she emailed as long ago as November. It’s now February. Please force them to follow basic building code rules
