- Illegal parking impeding access to fire hydrant servicing 110 unit condo building. Athens St behind 69 A Street. Routine offenders. This routine issue need to be addressed as a presents a serious safety issue for our building! You even ticketed the Cadillac once and they flip the city off by parking here notwithstanding. I expect an update and tow at this point.
