Noted. A citation was issued at this location for the failure to remove snow and ice from the sidewalk on harrison ave being cause by the extremely dangerous icicles hanging from the properties fire escape and noted that citations would continue to be issued until something was done about it!

Description
Huge build up of icicles. When the sun comes out they melt and some have fallen on the sidewalk below. quite dangerous for people walking below. It also creates an ice patch on the sidewalk. It is caused by a hole in the gutter directly above, it has been this way for years and seems to get more dangerous every winter
