- Hello, I’m writing to report an urgent accessibility issue following the recent snowstorm. Several handicap-accessible curb ramps and parking access points at the end of our street are completely blocked by large snowbanks, in some areas exceeding several feet in height. These conditions prevent safe use and effectively eliminate ADA access. There is no available space on-site to relocate the snow, so it will need to be removed rather than pushed aside. I respectfully request that the city prioritize clearing these areas to restore required accessibility as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter and for the ongoing storm recovery efforts.
