- Tickets continue to be closed at 57 Hemman St., Roslindale. Ticket citations are being issued and left at 57 Hemman St. but the landlord or property management company doesn't live there. So leaving a ticket at the problem residence where the owner nor property management company don't live is not addressing the problem as they don't see the ticket; they don't have a mailbox there.
