- I am a homeowner in the North End and my older mother visiting me just fell and tripped in this hole on Richmond St. Thank God she is okay because if she was injured, this would be a lawsuit. I can promise you that. This needs to be fixed immediately. This is around the corner from a rehab. This is shameful! This is what my tax dollars should be going to. Fix this so that you do not get sued!
