- 33 Pinckney Street. The gutters are blocked and ice is falling. Asked the residents/owner to help w salt and she shut the door behind her and ignored me. Single family house. Can’t walk at all and closing a door when someone asks for help is unacceptable. 39/41 Pinckney is even worse. The whole block from Anderson to Joy is not passable. They should be ticketed every day.
