- Delivery trucks parking in heavy downtown artery road. Congress street just before high street. This is a majorly congested area every day at rush hour. For a few weeks now at least there has been a UPS truck parked in a live lane of traffic during rush hour several days a week. There’s no shoulder or parking area on this stretch of road as it’s a main egress out of the financial district to reach 93S and 90W. The parked trucks cause even greater congestion than there already is.
