- the street in front of this building is covered in a thick layer of ice, it has been like a hockey rink since last Saturday. they keep putting mats and the ice keeps re-freezing and spreading on top/around it. water also seems to be flowing off the building and puddling, freezing over night. there is absolutely no salt and no maintenance being done here. it’s a hazard.
