- Extremely icy, treacherous sidewalk. The snowmelt is dripping off the roof of the Piano Craft Guild apartment building and refreezing onto the sidewalk below. The Piano Craft Guild has a gutter that has been broken for many months that just dumps water from the roof 100 feet up onto the sidewalk and is causing this. I submitted a similar report 2 days ago — the ice melt is helpful but it will just keep happening until Piano Craft Guild is made to address the issue

Noted. A citation was issued at this location and noted that this time of year they need to stay vigilant about the ice build up on the sidewalk because of the water coming from the building and they need to keep on top of the icemelt on Camden st and all around the property!
