Description: How is it okay for some of our city’s residents not to be able to access/navigate any sidewalks for weeks during the winter in a city that is used to dealing with snow?? Tiny little pathways do NOT help people who use wheelchairs. By refusing to make sure that major sidewalks and intersections (for example on Beacon Street, Comm Ave, etc.) are cleared, this city is further marginalizing people who are already othered.
