- The new lights installed in the Whole Foods parking lot on 15 Westland Ave are significantly brighter and colder/more blue than the previous lights. They shine into all the surrounding apartments and are a significant sleep disruptor. The lights appear unshielded and remain on all night, causing a significant amount of light to shine into living spaces that reduces residents' ability to use our homes comfortably after dark. I am requesting an assessment to determine if shielding, dimming, or re-aiming could mitigate the impact on nearby residents. Thank you for your time and consideration!
