- No water at 440 Hanover Street for over 4 hours. Allegedly fixing a water main break. Purposely waited until after school. I read that on Twitter. Any update on this. It is UNACCEPTABLE to not have more of a notification and even more unacceptable to be going on almost 5 hours of NO WATER IN THE BUILDING. I have been on hold with 311 forever as well.
