- Improper construction parking permit signage. I am the car on the far right in the second photo, parked on E2nd Street in South Boston near the corner of H Street. I parked there at 9pm on 2/4, and there was zero signage posted at the time. Today, the evening of 2/5, I walked by and noticed this signage posted which stated that I am in a tow zone as of 2/6 at 7am. This notice was not posted 48 hours in advance. Now I need to wake up at 6 in the morning to try to find a spot when there is already limited parking because of the snow. The notice currently posted was filed by Wadleigh and Associates Inc.
