- Rats/rodents inside the residence at 24 Highgate Street. This is an ongoing/persistent infestation with repeated sightings inside the home, plus evidence including droppings/urine odor, gnaw/chew damage to appliances, food/packaging in the kitchen, and nighttime rodent activity/noise. The condition has materially impacted sanitary living conditions. “Monthly”Pest control visits did not resolve the issue, and tenants incurred out-of-pocket costs (~$200 and growing) for traps/supplies to mitigate. Property management (Green Ocean) was notified formally in writing on Feb 3, 2026 and has not provided a written response. Request inspection and enforcement for rodent infestation/sanitary conditions inside the dwelling. Additional documentation can be provided upon request.
