- Snow was removed from Payson Avenue in Dorchester on the Tuesday after the last storm, but the city piled the snow on Hancock Street on both sides of the intersection with Payson Avenue. The piles are more than six feet high on the left making it impossible to see oncoming traffic when exiting onto Hancock Street. On the right the snow extends so far onto Hancock Street that a car has to swing into the oncoming traffic lane to make a right turn. This is dangerous. Please remove these snow piles.
