Noted. Upon arrival time of complaint, the dumpster in question has a valid permit but is placed i little close to the crosswalk and spoke with the property owner and he said he would move it closer to the house but was not in violation where is sat, still infront of his property and no violation was issued at this time.

Description
65 Sullivan Street was cited for putting a dumpster where it isn’t authorized. The Parking Clerk told me today that they will be cited each day for every day they are in violation. Please cite them again as they haven’t moved the dumpster. It’s been in this spot illegally for over a week, so they should have a lot of citations by now.
