Hello, the city is currently not accepting plowing requests until after the storm. Requests for clearing bus stops can be submitted and will be sent to the MBTA.

Description
Snow removal categories have been removed from 311. Why is that? A lot has been done to remove snow, as Mayor Wu notes, but not enough. The are many bus stops where people have to step into the street and walk in the street to enter a bus.
