- This has happened before after trash pickup where other buildings’ trash and recycling bins are left in front of our home. Last time the city fined us. Reporting it because they are not ours and really don’t want to deal with the fine and appeal process again. Can these just be removed since it’s been 24 hours after trash pickup?
