- At the intersection of Congress Street and B street, the entry onto 93 has been narrowed so much that two cars turning left are always going to collide. There needs to be just one left turning lane, or, the construction which caused the onramp to 93 to be narrowed should be reconsidered. Please do something - it was fine before and has become dangerous for drivers in the Seaport.
