- At Chestnut Hill Ave B Line stop, snow is not shoveled nor salted at the platform entrance by Strathmore Road. It was not taken care of last snow storm and now today 2/7/26 it continues to be neglected. Considering that no path has been made to enter the platform from the area that HAS been shoveled, the only way for commuters to enter the train is by walking over the iced and snowy path beginning at strathmore rd. There are foot prints ON the track due to the snow that has iced over on the path (see photos). Please clear a path on both inbound and outbound platforms at the intersection of strathmore rd. These conditions are hazardous and pose severe risk to commuters. I have already slipped and fallen numerous times in this area due to the last snow storm.
