- According to the Parking Clerk yesterday, this dumpster is in blatant violation where it currently is and will be cited every day it remains there. So please cite these people until they move the dumpster where it is permitted to be - it’s not a matter of a few feet - it’s taking up parking and that’s not fair to every other resident.
