- The esplanade looks horrendous. Looks like dcr never plowed it. The riverside area hasnt been plowed in a month. Looks like someone started it and never finished. I walked through tonight and I understand there would be snow but seriously nothing is done. I did not have my phone but I will take pictures on my next walk. Thank you
