- Hi. 65 Sullivan Street is already taking up way too much space with the dumpster that’s been improperly placed for the last couple of weeks. Now, 58 Bartlett is going to take up more residential parking spaces on Sullivan Street. Can’t they find space on Bartlett instead considering that’s where their address is? These permits are taking out almost an entire block worth of parking for weeks where there already isn’t enough due to snow, etc.
