- Dumpster improperly placed relative to permit. Boston Parking Clerk confirmed this. Can someone people stop 65 Sullivan from abusing this permit? In addition to blocking off more space than allowed, they’re also parking their vehicles in the spaces where contractors should be and the contractors are parked elsewhere. This situation is out of control and it’s taking up way too much resident parking.
