- According to the Parking Clerk, the dumpster is absolutely in violation. A citation has already been issued, which makes that clear. The dumpster wasn’t moved after the first citation and it’s still in the same place even after you told the resident to move it two days ago. Start fining them - they are in violation and it’s not fair to every other resident that needs parking.
