Description: I live in an apartment building owned by Samia Companies. For several weeks now the main door to the building has been broken. It does not close fully and therefore does not lock, meaning anyone can enter the building without a key. This is a safety issue. Samia has failed to respond to any of the maintenance requests I have filed. I do not feel safe living here with an unlocked building and I’m concerned about their lack of urgency or care. The building address is 232 Kelton St in Allston.
