- Non-resident parking on Saint Stephens Street (between Symphony Road and Gainsborough Street) CONTINUES to be a PROBLEM! Non-resdents routinely our Street for open parking making it especially difficult for resident needing parking with our current snow conditions. Today there were 2 cars with our-of-state plates parked side by side for HOURS...no parking staff monitoring the street. Makes it very difficult especially for senior citizens to unload/parking their vehicles. This reported last year and was better...but only for about one month! GRT ON THIS...and be CONSISTENT!!
