- The electrical issue has persisted for 4 months without a permanent fix. Despite today's professional report confirming a 'Short Circuit' and 'Faulty Breakers', the management(Youzi House) refused to provide emergency relocation or alternative housing. They are forcing us to live in a unit with a confirmed fire hazard. This is a severe violation of the Implied Warranty of Habitability.
