Sidewalk Not Shoveled

Noted. A citation was issued at this location for the failure to remove snow and ice from the sidewalk on radnor rd. And noted that citations would continue to be issued until it was all cleared and treated with ice melt. Also moving forward picture of complaints will be required for legitimacy of complaints!
