Description
This house’s gutters are broken creating dangerous non stop ice on my street. It’s thick ice that is difficult to avoid, ive almost slipped multiple times. The gutter is also broken on the side of the house creating other issues. This house has been an ongoing problem on my street due to the owner’s lack of maintenance.
